Gilles Merlet became a pioneer by experimenting with the plantation of Cassis, Blackcurrants, Raspberry, Wild Strawberry, Peach, Pear or Melon at the end of the 70’s in the Cognac production area. It was a complete success as not only did he grow exceptionally amazing berries, but he also used the family’s “savoir-faire” to produce his own “Crème de fruit” (Fruit Liqueurs).

Beautiful garnet robe. Nose of wild blackberries picked at their prime with kirsch and peppermint notes. The wild blackberry gains full expression with a sweet acidity.
Warm golden robe. Riche nose of fresh peach tree fallers peach. Exotic fruits, Muscat notes with touches of orange, apple and almond blossoms. Nice syrupy texture on the mouth which recalls a ripe peach's melting flesh.
