Thibault Lavergne created Wine Story Limited to promote small family vineyards
selected by him for their focus on preserving traditional methods of production.
Wine Story Limited is the UK representative for vineyards in, amongst others, the
Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Loire and Languedoc regions and it also specialises
in wine based products from the Charente region of France, including Cognac, Vin
de Pays Charentais, Pineau des Charentes and Crèmes de Fruits Charentais.
In addition
to representing vineyards in the UK, Thibault also provides wine consultancy services
to restaurateurs, using his extensive knowledge of world wines and his close working
relationships with wine makers from around the world to put together varied and
interesting wine lists. He also conducts wine tasting sessions to groups of individuals
and for businesses on request.
The options set out below give you a flavour of the many different wine tasting options available. This list is not exclusive, however, and we are also happy to tailor wine tasting sessions to clients’ particular requirements. Please feel free to discuss any particular themes, interests or budgetary requirements with us.
